What to include in your message
- Campaign / offer name and approximate date you completed steps.
- Registered mobile or email (if applicable) — match what you used on the Advertiser journey.
- Screenshots only when necessary (avoid sharing OTPs, passwords, or full bank credentials).
- For referral disputes: your referral link context (not others’ private data).
