AidifyTek (“we”, “us”) operates digital properties that showcase third-party promotional campaigns—commonly referred to as affiliate marketing, performance marketing, referral rewards, or similar. This policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information in that context.

Information we collect

• Account & payout-related details you submit on our flows when applicable—such as name, mobile number, UPI ID / payment identifiers, email, or verification OTPs needed to process legitimate incentives.
• Technical & usage data—including IP address, device/browser type, approximate location (derived from IP), timestamps, pages viewed, referral codes in URLs, click IDs, session identifiers, and anti-abuse signals.
• Communication content when you contact support (email, Telegram bot messages, tickets)—excluding passwords or unrelated sensitive secrets.
• Cookies & similar technologies where used—for session continuity, preferences, analytics, fraud prevention, or attribution tied to affiliate-style conversions.

Affiliate marketing, attribution & Advertisers

Many offers are fulfilled by independent Advertisers (apps, banks, brokers, merchants, networks). When you tap “Open offer”, register, install an app, or complete Advertiser-defined steps, those parties may collect their own data under their privacy notices.

We may share limited information with Advertisers or tracking partners where reasonably necessary to:

• attribute installs, sign-ups, purchases, or other conversions;
• validate eligibility and prevent duplicate or fraudulent rewards;
• reconcile payouts, chargebacks, or clawbacks;
• operate referral relationships (inviter / invitee linkage).

We do not sell your personal information as “sale” is commonly understood for unrelated advertising profiling; sharing for operational attribution with Advertisers/partners is described here.

Why we use data (purposes)

• Operate the platform and display offers.
• Process incentives where AidifyTek or partners administer payouts.
• Communicate transactional updates and essential notices.
• Detect fraud, spam, multi-account abuse, and policy violations.
• Improve reliability, analytics, and security.
• Comply with applicable law or lawful requests.

Legal bases (where relevant)

Depending on jurisdiction, processing may rely on performance of a contract (providing requested services), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, attribution integrity), or consent where required (for example optional marketing cookies or notifications).

Retention

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including dispute resolution, accounting/tax obligations where applicable, legal holds, and fraud prevention—typically limited periods unless law requires longer retention.

Security

We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to our operations. No online transmission or storage is perfectly secure; use strong passwords where accounts exist and avoid sharing OTPs publicly.

Children

Our services are not directed at individuals under the age required by applicable law to engage with financial-style promotions. Do not submit personal information if you do not meet eligibility criteria.

International transfers

If servers or Advertisers operate outside your country, data may be processed across borders subject to lawful safeguards used by those recipients.

Your choices & rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold where applicable law allows—subject to retention needed for fraud prevention, accounting, or legal compliance. Third-party links

Offers link out to Advertiser websites/apps; their privacy policies govern data collected there. AidifyTek is not responsible for third-party practices beyond what this policy describes for our platform.

AidifyTek is not an employer and does not promise guaranteed earnings. Rewards depend on validated Advertiser actions and applicable campaign rules.
