AidifyTek

1. Nature of the service

AidifyTek operates a performance-based rewards and information platform related to third-party promotional campaigns (often described as affiliate, referral, or partner marketing). We may display offers, payout indications, referral mechanics, links, and educational content. Using this platform does not create an employment relationship, agency relationship, or guaranteed income.

2. Affiliate marketing & third parties

Many campaigns are facilitated through advertisers, affiliate networks, app publishers, banks, brokers, or other partners (“Advertisers”). Reward eligibility, amounts, timelines, and rules are ultimately determined by the applicable Advertiser and campaign terms—not by AidifyTek alone.

• Advertisers may change, pause, or end campaigns without notice.
• Tracking (including cookies, device identifiers, referral codes, click identifiers, or server-side attribution) may be used to validate completions.
• If an Advertiser rejects, reverses, or clawbacks a conversion (including fraud suspected), rewards may be denied, delayed, reduced, or reclaimed consistent with campaign rules.

3. Eligibility & account integrity

You agree to provide accurate information where requested (for example payout identifiers when applicable). You must not:

• Submit fake identities, forged proofs, duplicated accounts, or manipulated attribution.
• Use bots, click farms, VPN farming, emulator farms, or other automated abuse.
• Mislead others about mandatory purchases, employment, or guaranteed earnings.
• Violate Advertiser policies (including prohibited traffic sources where stated).

We may suspend access, withhold payouts pending review, or permanently ban accounts involved in fraud or repeated violations.

4. Referrals

Where referral rewards exist, they depend on valid referrals completing Advertiser-defined steps within stated windows. Referral payouts may be capped, tiered, delayed, or voided per campaign rules or Advertiser reconciliation.

5. Payouts & taxes

Rewards are discretionary incentives tied to validated actions—not wages. Processing methods and timelines vary by campaign and operational checks (including KYC or fraud screening where applicable). You are responsible for any taxes or regulatory filings arising from rewards received.

6. Disclaimers

The platform is provided “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, AidifyTek disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free tracking, or any minimum reward.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AidifyTek and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits/data/goodwill arising from your use of offers, Advertiser actions, payout disputes, or tracking discrepancies. Where liability cannot be excluded, it shall be limited to the amounts you paid directly to AidifyTek for platform fees in the preceding three months (if any), or INR 500, whichever is greater.

We may update these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
